With over 16 years’ experience in senior marketing management, Sally has a strong and expanding knowledge of full-suite marketing within the FM arena and horizontal and vertical market sectors.
Sally’s career highlights include:
– the creation of a new central marketing team responsible for the development and delivery of a sector focused marketing plan for the FM division of a FTSE 250 services, maintenance and building group.
– the delivery of multiple comprehensive external PR & media relations programmes to significantly raise company profile through large-scale and successful rebranding projects, award recognition and successful CRM planning, event management and corporate hospitality
– customer engagement – researching, planning and organizing systematic and carefully targeted on-line and printed marketing campaigns including a full-suite of sector-focused collateral
– the development of an internal engagement plan for 20,000 employees and supporting large scale TUPE transfers with detailed communications plans during contract mobilisations.
With a love of graphic design, Sally thrives under pressure, and loves nothing more than grass-roots marketing, working with the business development team to create high-spec tender proposals and presentations within the tight deadlines so characteristic of the FM environment!
