Care Homes’ Client Background

Our Care Homes’ client offer a range of services to include residential, nursing, frail elderly and dementia care.  This includes 20 residential home units located across Midlands and South East of England.

Service Scope

We are currently contracted to deliver the following services at 5 of their homes in the Hertfordshire area, which each cater for between 45-100 residents as well as their corporate headquarters in Uxbridge:

  • M&E maintenance
    • Air conditioning
    • Refrigeration
    • Heating
    • Plumbing
    • Electrical
    • Boiler gas servicing
  • General repairs
  • Deep Cleaning Services
  • Landscaping
  • Fire protection

  • Water quality (legionella)
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Water temperature
  • Building safety checks
  • Emergency lighting

Safeguarding – at the heart of our business

Our aim is to maintain a safe, secure environment for vulnerable and mature people.

Due to the vulnerability and frailty of our residents, all of our employees who work within environments which involve the care of vulnerable members of the community undergo a strict, rigorous screening process which includes an enhanced DBS check to ensure that no one is put under any risk by our activities. We encourage all our employees to be vigilant. Our safeguarding policy is communicated at induction and during subsequent training sessions. Freidman takes its commitment to safeguarding very seriously and has a duty of care to ensure the welfare of all those affected by its activities.

Supporting our clients at every stage of the project life cycle

We’ve also been involved with new accommodation, carrying out builder’s cleans and sanitisation on vacated properties which are being made ready for sale.

We also deliver deep cleaning services which include carpet cleaning, washing down walls, cleaning of white goods, descaling and deep cleaning of all bathroom fixtures and fittings and glass surfaces, deep cleaning of large communal kitchen areas where all food is provided for residents and cleaning of overhead extractors.
