Our Responsibility

Here at Freidman we have an obsession with 5 star customer service and offering the best tailor made and intelligent facilities management service solutions. Due to the nature of our clients business' we aim to conduct an Enhanced DBS check on all our employees, who carry out work on specified establishments, to ensure they are suitable to work on or within these establishments.

The purpose of an Enhanced DBS Check is to provide us with information about an applicants' criminal history to enable us to make a sound recruitment decision based on the results of the DBS Check.

The Enhanced Check includes checks on:

  • Cautions
  • Warnings
  • Reprimands
  • Convictions
  • Information disclosed from the applicant's local police station

We are working closely with Personnel Checks who are amongst the top 50 Registered Umbrella Bodies for the DBS, Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly the CRB) and Disclosure Scotland.
